Process Approach

Our proprietary process integrates electrochemical nanotech with precision-engineered filtration systems to deliver superior water purification & recovery. Each stage is designed for maximum efficiency, safety, and scalability.

Screening

In the first phase, raw wastewater undergoes mechanical filtration, where larger solids and suspended impurities are separated. This ensures that only manageable fluid enters the next phase. The screened water is then directed into an Equalization Tank, which balances flow, load, and composition creating consistent input for downstream treatment.

Electrochemistry

At the heart of our technology lies the three-stage electrochemical process, powered by our patented nanotech modules. Here, electrical currents interact with the wastewater to break down pollutants, neutralize contaminants, and disinfect pathogens. This method achieves over 90% water recovery, generating two clean outputs:

  • Treated water, ready for reuse or further polishing
  • Solid sludge, rich in recoverable soil nutrients for potential reuse or revenue generation

Activated Carbon Absorption

The partially treated water then passes through activated carbon filters, which absorb and eliminate any remaining organic compounds, odor-causing substances, or residual toxins. This polishing step ensures crystal-clear water quality—safe, clean, and environmentally compliant. The purified output can be reused directly at source for industrial or municipal applications.

Reverse Osmosis (Optional)

For clients requiring portable-grade output, a Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) system can be integrated as an optional add-on. This final purification stage removes dissolved minerals and salts, transforming the treated water into drinkable-quality water that meets rigorous health and safety standards.
